Excelente hotel!

The room was big, but it was dirty, the light fixtures were burnt out, and once inside, an employee walked in without knocking and was quite unpleasant.

Everything was great – a fantastic place to rest and the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is modern with a large bathroom and bed, and the ADO bus terminal is easily reachable; from there you can get to the hotels, beaches, and airport. However, none of the staff speak English, so communication requires a translator. The bathroom is modern and spacious but unfortunately has mold in some areas, and you can’t open the window, so the air feels stale. The hotel offers only a small breakfast option.

The place itself is good, but the booking system is a problem – you can die trying to book, and if you’re late you lose everything. Even if you notify of a delay, it’s not taken into account because travel communication can be limited or impossible at times; the booking platform blames the hotel and the hotel blames the booking platform.
