The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly; the room felt comfortable. However, there were ongoing renovations that were a bit disruptive.

“ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE”

The breakfast was acceptable, but the building feels outdated and apparently has been under renovation for a while. When we arrived at 23.45, a nervous and agitated young man greeted us at reception. We had booked two rooms for three people. The double room was acceptable, but when I entered room 315 I found a dilapidated space with a strong musty odor. I reported this to the receptionist, who immediately pointed out the wall where the bed was attached. The wall was completely peeling and covered in mold. I was shocked by the situation (it seemed impossible that the staff who had refurbished the room had not reported it as uninhabitable), and he tried to tell me he was not responsible and that the hotel was fully booked. After 30 minutes and after threatening to call the health authority, he gave me another vacant room. The management was terrible, the rooms were old and dated, and there were scattered apology sheets around the hotel for the alleged works. Only the breakfast survived (nothing spectacular), and the staff at the breakfast area were kind.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the food was very tasty. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but it is well connected and easy to navigate with city transport.

The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. The sliding door had to be opened and closed by hand, some walls were peeling, and the mattresses were really hard.
