The hotel was great and the staff, especially Zoha and Umit, made everything run smoothly and offered assistance throughout our stay, though the room’s view wasn’t ideal, probably because we didn’t book a room with a good view.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, and the location was decent, but almost everything else felt like a scam: the room was cramped, breakfast options were limited, we were robbed, they almost demanded payment for every right we had, forced a security deposit that hadn’t been disclosed, and 90% of the staff barely spoke English.
