The location is very good, not far from Florence, the accommodation is nice with everything you need, the host Marianne is very warm and fulfills extra wishes, we felt very comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty.

The reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean and well furnished, and the breakfast was excellent, but the location on a busy road in the evening and early morning was noisy, and the entrance was hard to find and should be better marked.
