The location was great and the fixtures and fittings were superb. I booked a B&B, but the check‑in staff told me breakfast was included while the room card said buffet breakfast was included only; at breakfast there was actually a limited choice, which was a bit confusing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 2 Chesham. The hotel is gorgeous, elegant, yet warm, personal, and quiet. Our room was very beautiful, stylishly furnished, and comfortable. We also liked the breakfast and the relaxed, welcoming morning vibe. The location in Belgravia is excellent. We want to highlight the whole team: everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm, and we felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. For us, the 2 Chesham has become “our hotel” in London – we’ll gladly return. The housekeeping was excellent during the first few days, but later on some small items were not replenished. At times there was a faint drain smell in the bathroom. Both were minor points that did not affect our overall very positive impression.
