The place looks nice, the room is comfy, and the staff are attentive. However, the TV box had no protection and the bathroom flooded. The room had dust and there was noise from other guests in the hallway.

The view of the river, the pool area, the game room, and the friendly dogs were all great, and the cleaning was very good. On the downside, breakfast was awful – the yogurt was spoiled and the juice tasted horrible, so we couldn’t eat anything. The hotel is actually in a ditch, which is nothing like the photos; the room is tiny and very cold, and the air conditioning is terrible, barely enough for such a small room. They also charged me an extra commission that wasn’t mentioned on the website, which seemed excessive and made the stay expensive for what it was.
