Relativ nah am Zentrum. Sehr freundlicher und lockerer Empfang. Inklusive Frühstück 😁. Straßenlärm. aber nur bei offenem Fenster

The communication with the property was excellent, both in the office and over the phone, and the tone was very pleasant. The price was great, and the location was ideal with street parking available. We only noticed the street noise when the windows were open; closing them eliminated the sound. The room came with some dishes and a kettle. The included breakfast was outstanding, offering plenty of variety and quantity, which pleasantly surprised us. The city of Zittau also imposes a guest fee. The walls are a bit sound‑prone.
