A baby cot was provided as requested. However, there was no kettle in the room, and even when we asked for one to prepare baby food and boil water for bottles, they refused. Instead we were given hot water in a thermos, which after a few hours was no longer usable for cleaning the bottles. In my opinion, a kettle should be standard. The carpet in the rooms is old and stained. My little daughter probably got a completely clogged nose from the dust. The room was very noisy; the old fridge on the table made intermittent humming noises, as did the bathroom ventilation. The smoke detector in the room was visibly removed, which feels unsettling. The so‑called wellness area needs a lot of improvement. The sauna itself is nice, but the surroundings are bland. The changing rooms look like an old sports club, with two plain plastic chairs that supposedly serve as a quiet area, the shower bucket lacked a ladle, some sand timers in the sauna don’t work, and there is no suitable tap or other source to drink after sweating (let alone drinks being provided; you have to drink from the toilet tap). Also, placing the sauna (as a “FKK area”) right next to the pool is awkward, especially when kids are in the pool.
