The location and facilities were good, but the breakfast didn’t live up to expectations.

“Overall I love extended stay and would choose to stay again but in hopes of better customer service.”

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, not the pretty one whose niece had a birthday; she was snappy and didn’t use her customer‑service voice or skills to talk to me, and she made it difficult to get a refund for my service dog, which she kept calling an ESA animal. I didn’t get the help I needed from someone who cares about their job and the customers.

The bathtub was dirty; when I asked staff to clean it, he told me I could do it myself. The whole first floor smelled like dogs, and when I asked to be moved, he did so, but water was everywhere on the floor from the shower. There was no breakfast.

The location was close to the restaurant I’d booked. The room was dated and needed renovation.

The pool was clean and not crowded. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating. The whole hotel was very clean. I have my own cleaning service and usually tidy my room before bed, but this hotel felt clean enough that I didn’t bother. I’m impressed, and the older location is in better condition than some newer ones. The downside is the pool closes early at 7 pm and opens late at 10 am, which leaves little time to swim when check‑in is at 3 pm and check‑out at 11 am.
