“Buena ubicacion”

I chose this place for its location. I stayed on the third floor by elevator. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the private external bathroom was convenient. There is also an internal private bathroom, but it’s accessed by a steep staircase with high steps. Breakfast is served at a bar two blocks away, offering one cappuccino and one croissant. The only downside is that the breakfast is rather limited.

The apartments are in a historic building with a clean, bright entrance and a working lift. The owner keeps the place tidy, is very polite and attentive, and gave us useful tips for nearby sights. He prepared hearty, tasty breakfasts and allowed us to leave our luggage before check‑in and check‑in in the evening. I really enjoyed staying here; the rooms and dining area are beautifully and tastefully decorated. Although it’s close to the station, it doesn’t feel noisy or scary; the area is lively yet calm, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends.

“A great place of character to stay and explore the centre of Palermo.”

The location is very convenient in the city centre and close to the station for inbound travel and for airport transfers. Host Paulo was friendly, helpful, and informative. The room is beautiful, with high ceilings and vintage décor, and there was no issue storing our bikes. The only drawback is the quirky, old‑fashioned windows that do little to block street noise; traffic is insanely busy all night, so earplugs are a must.

Clean and welcoming, Mr. Paolo was kind. The only downside was the lack of a key for the actual bedroom where the bed is, not just the main area door for a woman, which is very important.

“Lokacija je zelo priročna - nasproti avtobusne in železniške postaje”

The owner was friendly, helped us buy a bus ticket, offered cold drinks, and told us about the sights; the room was clean but very hot, so we used the AC. The room equipment could be newer and more “friendly”.
