Wyposażenie kuchni. Śniadania to najtańsze rogaliki z marketu - niejadalne. Łazienka, która była mała na zewnątrz pokoju w drugim korytarzu, to na pewno nie jest ta która jest pokazana na stronie. Bardzo strome schody do kuchni, strach było schodzić. Brak tarasu - podobno jest ale nie niedostępny, jak poinformował mnie gospodarz trzeba umieć czytać rezerwację. Ja nie spodziewałam się, że taras może być niedostępny, także brakowało miejsca żeby sobie posiedzieć wieczorem - w pokoju było tylko biurko z jednym krzesłem

“Please think twice before booking this place if you don’t want to spend your vacation dealing with cockroaches and argui”

The coffee machine was nice. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. When we entered our room, we immediately saw a BIG cockroach in the bathroom. The owner killed it, and then he found another one behind the toilet. The owner didn’t even say sorry, and he didn’t seem very surprised by these cockroaches, which was crazy to me. He also left us bug spray as a solution. We went to the kitchen and I took some glasses, which we put over the drains in the bathroom, because the owner told us that maybe the cockroaches were coming from the shower or the drains. Despite all of this, we decided to stay there. But the whole night we slept with the lights on and were scared to go to the bathroom. The next day, when we came back to our room, we found two more big cockroaches in the bathroom, even though the drains were covered with paper towels and glasses. We were so scared that we immediately started packing our belongings. I sent videos and photos to the owner and started calling him. We simply couldn’t stay in this place anymore. The owner was disrespectful and rude to me. He did not properly apologize, he did not seem very surprised by what was happening, and his solution was simply to offer us more insect spray the next morning. Instead of finding a proper solution or trying to help us, he spent his time arguing with me about how much money he wanted to keep. Moreover, he took approximately €30 in city tax from me in cash without giving me any receipt or invoice. The money situation also made everything worse. The owner had previously agreed to keep a smaller amount, but in the end more money was taken from my refund. On top of that, I had extra expenses for a replacement hotel and taxi because we had to leave during the night. It’s been more than 2 weeks, and I am still trying to get a fair resolution. So this was honestly the worst accommodation experience ever. The whole situation was disgusting

“Really great experience and good price, highly recommende!”

The spot is close to the city center, has a lovely terrace, and the owner is fantastic!

Air conditioning was available. The experience was completely different from what I had imagined: there was no pool, only a supposedly special room, breakfast consisted of just a few prepackaged pastries, and the neighborhood isn’t the best. The price‑value ratio might still be acceptable.

The place is right in my neighborhood, which is great.
