Location, rooftop with pool and view. Comfortable, well‑decorated rooms. The reception was a mess. A first person, very professional and charming, took care of me at arrival to handle my luggage because I arrived early and had to wait. No problem, so I left to explore the city. When I came back, the room wasn’t ready. No problem. I suggested working on the rooftop with my laptop while waiting. The junior staff who took over told me she would let me know when the room was ready, but she never came. (No Wi‑Fi info either). And when I came back two hours later, no reaction. Or “Oops… sorry.” Or something. I was just… invisible. She even asked me to pay for the room already settled before fixing it. The same feeling the next morning for breakfast. No one in the room. I had to ask reception where breakfast was. No one told me it was outside, in another building. I’ve had better experiences at other Best Westerns.
