Very good quality of service, with impeccable follow‑up via WhatsApp. Rigor, honesty and professionalism at the menu – I recommend this establishment.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel left me utterly disappointed. Every corner smelled bad, the place was unclean, and nothing seemed maintained. Breakfast was terrible, the Wi‑Fi was almost unusable, and the AC and fridge made a lot of noise. The hotel was uncomfortable and dirty, so I wouldn’t recommend it and suggest it be removed from listings.

Nothing positive to mention. It was extremely noisy, there were many insects in the bathroom, and the sanitary conditions were concerning.

The bedding was good and the staff were available, but there was a problem with the shower that was fixed quickly.
