The location was spot‑on, but the carpet in the room wasn’t clean.

The spot is perfect, just a step from Piazza San Marco, making it logistically ideal for vaporetto stops; the bathroom is brand new and free luggage storage is offered. The mattress, however, definitely needs replacing with a newer generation model.

The location is great, very close to Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto, but there is no night staff and my request for separate beds was ignored; on the day we arrived, a staff member not assigned to that duty handled it.
