Breakfast was great, rooms were fine, but there was very little staff at checkout, and the price was absurdly high.

The location is top, the room was spacious with a big bed, the sports facilities were good, and breakfast was good. The saunas in the thermal baths were small, some were constantly occupied due to treatments, and the room felt cold even though the thermostat read 21.5 degrees.

My wife and I stayed here for my birthday and it was super pleasant. If you want a nice SPA experience with warm, relaxing pools, various baths and saunas, this is a perfect choice. The chef‑menu dinner is gorgeous, the surroundings are amazing, staff is good, and the massages are just perfect. The staff's directness was sometimes hard to handle. I think the pool and Breeze restaurant staff would benefit from a more customer‑centric approach, which is expected at a relax hotel. I also hoped to receive birthday perks, but none were given.

Breakfast was good but could improve; walking outside the site is fine near Berg en Dal; nights were quiet, silent and dark, with no clacking shoes on the corridor from other guests. Croissants were really too small, just use big ones; the fuss with several small ones is not fun. Eggs should be shocked after boiling so they peel easily. I missed the kaiser rolls a lot. The rolls were either too soft or too hard/too chewy. Lots of room for improvement. Keep the bubbles in the baths on and don't let them jump from bath to bath; it's annoying. For example, if you look for a bubble bath, you just get in and it turns off. The water wasn't really warm.
