The parking was good and the staff were attentive. The inner garden is very pretty. I had to cancel my second night because of an unforeseen event, and they accepted it without any hassle or penalty. The rooms, however, are quite dim due to the building’s architecture, and the parking sign could be clearer because it’s on a side street off the main entrance.

The hotel is beautiful, located well, with lovely surroundings and mostly friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint was the restaurant: when I tried to eat there, the lone waiter was busy with an event, so I left to find another place. Aside from that small inconvenience, the staff were great and I enjoyed my stay overall.

It was very nice for a weekend with family; we loved sharing time with the staff, who were very attentive. The food was super delicious.

The rooms were nice, the location was good, and the garden inside the hotel was beautiful; the whole place felt cool, and the free movie and museum tickets were a great perk, but the breakfast was mediocre.
