The staff were lovely and very polite! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted. Our request to have the second room next door/nearby was accommodated, which we appreciated and are grateful! It was a very quiet hotel, which we liked! Check‑in and check‑out times were great too—11 am check‑out was perfect for us! Unfortunately we’re all suffering from very sore backs and aching from the beds; they’re very hard and uncomfortable. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but the beds were the main let‑down. In addition, more drink facilities would’ve been great, as the coffee machine was out of order on our first night but available the second day, which my partner did use. Cold drinks available would’ve been perfect! (A vending machine etc.)
