The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, putting their heart and soul into caring for guests, and nothing felt too much to ask. The surroundings were beautiful, with a cozy terrace, clean pool, and quiet location, plus a generous breakfast spread. The only downside was that the shower felt a bit small, but otherwise there were no other complaints.

The spot was perfect for staying away from the chaos yet still well‑centered for reaching various points of interest. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, the owners were friendly and available, and it was the right place for anyone who really wants to "unplug". We’ll be back.

The place had a fantastic location and welcoming staff, and the pool was truly comfortable, tucked into the green of Umbria. Unfortunately, the intense heat made the lack of air conditioning in the rooms noticeable, but they promptly supplied fans to cope with the emergency of the season.
