I’ve written a balanced review that covers both the positives and the areas that need improvement. Overall, the stay was pleasant, though there were a few issues. The staff were consistently friendly, but the service and room quality were inconsistent compared to previous visits. Most importantly, there was a discrepancy with the bed size: despite confirmation, I received a standard bed instead of the wide bed I had requested. Also, the bed linen was yellowish and didn’t look freshly washed. I hope these points are addressed for a better experience next time.
