It’s incredibly close to the train station and the city center, the room and bathroom were beautiful and clean, there was a free snack and drink in the room, the mattress was very comfortable, and I would recommend it to everyone.

The place is in a very communicative spot and convenient for everything offered in Bari; there’s a free minibar that gets refilled daily, a coffee machine, and breakfast with crackers and sweets, which is very nice. I didn’t like that there’s no iron and not enough luggage hooks, so the three of us had to hang our clothes on tables. Also, they didn’t refill the coffee daily; I’m not sure if it’s a one‑time complimentary item or included in the price, but for our 4 nights we only got coffee on the arrival day and again on the last day after we asked. Everything else was great.

The floor was dirty, and even after asking for it to be cleaned it remained dirty.

The modern rooms in the old building were nice, but when I requested a room for a couple and a 7‑year‑old, I had to fill in the age on the form and they gave us a double bed because they assumed the child could sleep with the parents.
