“A relaxed stay for work”

The location is great, just a short walk from the plaza and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was good but not extraordinary. The rooms are the best—amazing space, air conditioning, and a large bathroom. However, breakfast wasn’t ready at 7:30 am as promised, and we needed to eat early for work. The selection at breakfast could use more regional options.

I was really impressed by the hotel, but the end of my stay left me disappointed. The location is spot‑on, right in the center like I prefer. The building feels old, yet the room is huge, the bed is gigantic, and everything is very comfortable. Breakfast isn’t the best, but it’s enough. The pool looks nice, though I didn’t use it. I checked out around noon and asked for my luggage. I’d left a cheese in the room’s fridge. When I came back to pick it up, I asked for it to be taken out, the receptionist said she had it, but when I returned she claimed there was nothing. Someone simply took it. I had to go to the airport, so I didn’t say more, but it’s a let‑down to end a very pleasant stay that way.

I really liked how comfortable the place was, the room size, the hotel’s cleanliness and the staff’s attention. When I arrived, the pool wasn’t very clean.
