The hotel, its equipment, and cleanliness were all great, and the beach was lovely. However, the restaurant had no protection from rain or wind—water would drip over your collar. Breakfast did not match the hotel’s standard; the same three dishes appeared every day, so after a week it became a problem. The restaurant service was a disaster, like in a cheap hotel—sometimes you had to ask three times for something that was forgotten, and if a dish had been omitted for a few days, there was absolutely no vegetables, and aside from eggs everything was overcooked in large portions.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very nice, and it is very clean. The rooms are excellent! Breakfast is always somewhat the same… if you stay 11 days it gets a bit boring, but still good. I complain at a high level. The location is somewhat remote.

“It was fine, I wouldn’t stay again.”

The place is nice and clean, and it would be great in the hotter months. It is far from most things. Ubers cost a minimum of 40 € no matter where you go, so the expenses add up quickly when there’s literally nothing around the property. The biggest issue I had was with the staff. Around 9 pm we ran out of water bottles in the room. I asked for another bottle at the front desk and was told the bar was “closed.” I still needed water, so I said that’s fine but there should still be water on the property as it is a hotel. The man in a short told me to order water through a delivery service, like Uber Eats, a bottle of water. I found that crazy because it’s a hotel, why wouldn’t they have water and why would he tell me to order it. I asked if there was no water on the property, to which he replied, “there is, but it’s in the bar.” I told him I would not order water delivery as that was crazy, and I told him to just go to the bar and get the water. He did it, and had the bottle within 5 minutes. My husband went to reception and had to pick it up. I just don’t understand the staff and how they operate.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The views from the room were stunning. We thought it was close enough to Mykonos, but it took a 15‑minute taxi ride to the centre. There is a bus service at the end of a very steep hill, and there really are no amenities nearby.

“Super”

The location near Super Paradise beach is top. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. We stayed in a room with a hot tub that was heated, which made the experience very pleasant. Breakfast is offered as a menu that can be tailored to your preferences. The outdoor pool is not heated, which makes it almost unusable.
