The room, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff—especially around the pool—were all great. The meals were disappointing: the breakfast was old‑fashioned, neither terrible nor praised; lunch was an extra charge and far too expensive for what was served. The spa was dated and cluttered with random, tasteless items. The lack of attention to detail made the property look nice but under‑developed; the management seems stuck in a past era with no clear vision for the present or future, evident in the mismatched interior and exterior furnishings that lack a coherent style or functionality.

The pool was the only good thing, and the girl there was very friendly. The room was dirty, the shower head didn’t stay on its own, and there was no holder for shampoo or body wash. On the first night, there was no shower to wash in—only soap bars. On the second night, after midnight, there was no parking spot. It would be more honest to call it a 2‑star place than a 4‑star. The staff seemed a bit out of place and disorganized, and I heard many other guests complain. A real shame for the money spent.

The hotel is striking and imposing. The pool is a bit small but well built, and the breakfast is plentiful. Getting to the pool is a bit inconvenient because of the stairs or climb.

The spot was great, just outside the highway. The room was big and the bathroom huge. Originally it was a truly nice 4‑star place, a large property with huge potential, but now it's falling apart. The room wasn’t cleaned well, the towels were awful… the toilet seat was broken, and the shower tray needs maintenance. At night a watering system in the parking lot happily waters all the cars.
