Avoid this place – the facilities were absolutely disgusting, the room did not match the description. Despite providing ample evidence, none of my concerns were addressed. The room was dirty, stank, had stained carpets, holes in the ceiling and doors, and the bathroom was full of mould; no one cleaned or replaced towels. Everything was a total disaster and I’m trying to stay polite.

The location is close to the station. There was no shower gel provided.

It was clean. The breakfast mentioned in the description is not included, there is no kitchen, it’s a hostel, not a hotel.

There were hairs in the bed and the sheets had not been changed. I requested a refund, which they agreed to, but I haven’t received it yet.
