Price and location are good. The hotel sits in a row of shop lots that are very dark and quiet at night once the other nearby shops close. Finding the parking in front of the hotel was difficult. It would be nice to have a night‑shift security guard at the entrance, as some other budget hotels in JB do.

The place is very clean and works well for new students to finish their paperwork at the start, thanks to its location. The staff are helpful, friendly, and smile all the time. Everything was comfortable.

موقع الفندق جدا ممتاز هادي ونظيف اوصي للطلاب والعوائل. كل شي زين معهم بصراحه ارتحت والموظف اسمه عجمي كان جدا مبتسم ولطيف ومتعاون
