I loved the facilities and the staff’s excellent service. The downside was seeing rats outside on the bamboo terrace.

The location was great, everything was spotless, entertainment suited all ages, the pools were unique compared to any other hotel I’ve been to, and overall the vibe was excellent. The room lacked a coffee machine, which was odd, and room service charged 12 € for two cappuccinos. No bottled water was provided in the rooms, and 80 % of the staff were great, but a few were very rude. One day we went to the buffet for breakfast, only to find our table had been cleared; we were told we couldn’t sit there because someone else was about to take it and we had to wait for another table.
