“Très belle surprise, beaucoup de charme !!”

The lodge was pretty, with a distant view of the lake, very friendly staff, and a complete, varied breakfast; we also enjoyed the evening meals at the on‑site restaurant. Parking was free, close by, and there were private restrooms on the landing—unusual but not inconvenient, and we were informed about this. Thank you for the warm welcome! We would have preferred duvets instead of blankets.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good, but the bed felt hard and the restaurant was pricey for Italian standards.

The room was clean and functional, the lodge had a nice restaurant and a terrace with a lake view that was “moderate,” and some staff were friendly, though the lady who greeted us was only somewhat welcoming. We ate well at the restaurant and the dishes were good. The young staff member was unfriendly, not smiling, and the room was old with uncomfortable bedding. The sink was stuck to the shower, the bathroom was very small, and if you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs because you can hear the restaurant below—there’s little insulation. The servers were in a hurry, bringing pizzas just as the appetizers started, and they seemed eager to return to their own dishes as well.
