“Pas mal”

The bungalow was spacious and clean, the staff were very kind, the activity office was lively and did a lot of things, and the splash water area was very fun for the kids. The buffet was very limited; it felt like we ate the same thing every day. The food was bland to my taste and the pool wasn’t very clean.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food selection was great, and the activities and family facilities were plenty. Overall, I liked everything.

What I liked most was the room—it was very comfortable. The food disappointed me; I expected more variety and not the same dishes repeated. The poolside restaurant closed at 18:00, but at 17:05 it was already clean with only drinks, some bread, and cold cuts. After breakfast, there was no grilled food until almost 12:00. I’ve stayed at other dunes and they were much better. It was a French season.

“Barrierefreies, kinder- und familienfreundliches All-inklusive Resort”

The resort is huge and beautiful, everything is spotless, the food is excellent and varied, and there’s plenty for kids both to eat and to do, with a very friendly animation team, and the whole place is wheelchair‑accessible; the staff overall are extremely courteous and attentive. On the downside, the pools aren’t particularly large, the beach is about a 30‑minute walk away (or a 5‑minute ride to the park garage followed by a short walk), some rooms have a damp, musty smell and the air‑conditioning works better in some rooms than others.

“Muy recomendable”

The staff and the options they offer, the room is spacious, the bathroom is immaculate. The bedding is somewhat old and the food could be better in terms of variety.
