Absolutely nothing. This property and the management are an absolute disgrace! Booked for an overnight stay on 20th October that was not fulfilled by the host. Arrived at the property with no access details received. I had to constantly phone and message the designated number before eventually getting through. Upon speaking to an agent I was told that the booking had been cancelled and the property not available. This was despite no prior notice, as well as already being charged in full for the property. They said they would check and call me back. Surprise - they didn't bother calling me back, I had to call them again. They said they could try to find me an alternative property in the city centre (despite standing outside their property near Anfield stadium), this could not have worked. I ended up having to book different accommodation last minute as it was raining and nowhere else to go. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Do not book any properties owned or managed by Liverpool rooms!!! They are a scam organisation

The hotel reached out through a different app and cancelled my reservation exactly 24 hours before my arrival, which was far from professional.

The place was nice, but what they threw at us was hard to describe. We had paid for accommodation since January. On the day we were to check in, a friend traveling on a motorcycle received a message that three of us had a room, but the other three did not! Imagine our situation: we were on a trip through Scotland and England during the holiday season, and we had only a few hours to find new lodging after traveling for over a week. The hotel offered a refund via Booking, but we still had to pay for new accommodation three times the amount. It was a miracle we managed to find a place, but it was much farther from Liverpool. Costs kept rising, not to mention the stress of finding somewhere to stay. My friends and I have nothing positive to say about this place; it was truly unprofessional and lacked empathy.

When I arrived in Anfield, the staff told me the property was unavailable and handed me a room in the Kop View area. The accommodation itself was subpar.

“Scammers kindly never deal with them directly”

I initially booked my stay, then after checking out I got a message telling me to contact them directly by text for future stays. Dee and Mary from customer service said they could set up future bookings. I followed their instructions, paid, but my stay was later cancelled. They promised a refund, yet I never received it. When I asked for proof or a transaction reference, they blocked me instead of providing any evidence. It was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I strongly recommend that guests make all bookings and payments directly.
