The location is great, self‑check‑in is convenient, and you can come and go whenever you want. It’s not bad in itself, but you must know it’s an apartment with two rooms where you share the bathroom and kitchen with other people, so cleanliness also depends on who you’re sharing with. Cleaning (not the owner’s fault) and general improvements like a bedside lamp would make it better.

“Bom para uma noite econômica em Florença”

We stayed for one night in Florence, just to sleep. It was worth it for the location and value. The room was clean, the towels were good, the bed comfortable, the shower hot, and there was a kitchen that we didn’t use. The shower drainage could be better.

I really liked the location, the air conditioning, and especially the washing machine! Having a washer and dryer was a big help. The apartment was modern, the bathroom and kitchen were well arranged, and being able to use the kitchen and fridge was excellent. I didn’t like that the entry was confusing for us since we had never done auto‑check‑in before. They told us it was the 2nd floor, but didn’t say that you have to press number 1 on the elevator. We didn’t understand if they were confused or if we were doing something wrong, and we wasted a lot of time finding the apartment door and opening the key safe.
