The location was great, just minutes from San Marcos, the hotel was very pretty, the staff were warm, polite, and friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. The power went out for an entire day, so we had to leave earlier than planned; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but city maintenance, and the prices remained high.

Excellent service and empathy all the time, a very good breakfast, everything was very clean and the location is excellent; the shower area was a little tight in size.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location near Piazza San Marco was great; breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of food, though the shower felt a bit small.

It is in a wonderful location with a pleasant, professional staff. I had a room with windows which opened onto a charming small canal where the sound of rowing Gondoliers could be heard.The decor is old world Venetian charm, slightly worn, but the entire hotel was very clean and the bathrooms small but updated.The rooms are a nice size especially by European standards, but have limited closet and drawer space. Overall it was a warm, cozy, charming hotel reflecting a truly unique and special city. The limited drawer and closet space
