The food, location, heritage theme and especially the fort were all great, and there were no negatives.

This is the first real historical and heritage property in Maharashtra, a 10 of 10. Spa appointments must be prebooked because of the limited staff.

Excellent heritage fort & location, and maintained very well. The rooms, food and staff were all very good. Cleanliness of the rooms and property in general was excellent. Just a short 1 to 1.5 hour drive from Pune. The location is a fort, and hence climbing steps is required at almost all locations - hence the hotel would not be easy to elderly or physically challenged individuals. This is not to fault the property, but rather to caution potential guests of the nature of the location. It would have been good to have a mini refrigerator in an otherwise well equipped room
