“Plus jamais!”

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel. The building was so dirty that we had to walk up four floors with our luggage. The room was grimy, the beds and headboards were dirty, the walls had holes, there was no window, the bathroom was filthy and the sink was tiny, everything was unclean. After complaining, they moved us to another room that was only slightly better because it had a window, but it still lacked hygiene and comfort. There was no place to put our luggage except on the dirty carpet. We left and went to another hotel; it was midnight and they denied us a refund!

The staff were very welcoming and the place was comfortable and fairly well located. The only downside was that there was no piece of furniture to put the luggage on.

The quiet street is nice, yet it’s also close to a main road with shops, food places and tube stops. The staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was that the room design didn’t allow for a bedside cabinet, but that’s all!

The location was a bit of a drawback, but otherwise the stay was good.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights and I am still dealing with a lot of bed bug bites!!
