The location was close to my workplace. The breakfast was truly mediocre and the rooms were basic.

The hotel is very new. The reception was friendly. The common areas on the ground floor were nicely decorated. There is a private parking nearby (for an extra fee). Night parking outside is easy. The room was small, and you have to go outside to move between the hotel and the parking, and vice versa.
