Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The food was good and the room was spacious and clean; the alcohol selection was decent, including draft and bottled beers from several varieties. The animation team was average, with events canceling without notice even though they were listed as current on the bulletin board. Sports activities were short and mediocre, and the hammam and sauna required extra payment. Morning housekeeping knocked on doors despite the “do not disturb” sign, and the pool heating turned on on schedule (from 01.10) rather than based on outdoor temperature. Overall, for the price, it’s a very good option, just needs better animation.

Overall, the food, staff, and aqua park were good for the price, and I didn’t find any major disappointments. The lobby area could use improvement, and nicer bar furniture would benefit the property; more cocktail options would be welcome. The pool and other activities exist but could be better.

We stayed in September 2026. The hotel is excellent! The food is good, the aqua park is nice, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff is very attentive.
