The staff were very friendly, but the bathroom pipes gave off a bad odor.

The close proximity to the town centre was a bonus, plenty of eateries in the area + supermarkets for supplies. The Thoracic Tomb of Kazanlak & the Rose Museum within walking distance. When I arrived the WIFI was not working in my room ( replaced by staff). The balcony light did not work or the fridge and there was no facility for tea/coffee making. I Google mapped the location of the hotel and I Google maps took me to a different part of town. I suggest having a taxi as I did after 90 mins of frustration for 3 Euro's

Comfortable bed, air conditioning and fridge. Close to the centre, near the bus stop to Shipka and 20 minutes walking from the station. Very good service, they let me check‑in a bit early and arranged a taxi to Buzludja.

I tried to check whether the less supervised surfaces (above wardrobes and high shelves) were clean, and they were! It was all perfect honestly, we slept comfortably without any problems of any kind.
