I was really disappointed with this property; it ruined my holiday. The room was unclean, with dirty bed sheets, blanket, and pillows, and the bathroom was untidy. There was always a shortage of water in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was very poor.

I recently had a frustrating experience at this hotel, where the staff seemed to be more focused on making extra money than providing basic services. Upon arrival, I was denied access to the facilities, including the washroom, despite being two hours early for check-in. However, after multiple calls to the manager, they eventually relented.
