मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
I couldn’t believe the horrible conditions of the rooms. The rooms were unsanitary, the bathroom smelled of urine, was dirty, full of hair and sand, the sink was dirty, the beds had dirty sheets, and there were no towels. The reception was rude and messy. The place was horrible.

The surroundings were clean, cozy, and the staff were super friendly!

Nothing was positive, everything was negative.

The daily rate was good, but the cleanliness was lacking.

The location is good, but the organization was lacking: upon arrival the rooms had to be arranged, one room had no TV, the air conditioner was dripping and promised to be replaced but wasn’t, breakfast was very basic, and communication was poor—phone lines didn’t answer, and other contact methods didn’t respond. Check‑in and check‑out were handled through the restaurant.
