How can you give a 4‑star rating to a place with an ancient bathroom, a worn carpet, and 4‑star furniture! And especially at this price! Your portal is a joke!!!

Very good location in the city center, Scala. Dom, Galleria V. E. II are reachable in a few minutes. The city hotel feels a bit worn.

The lobby was huge and the rooms had a nice, modern feel. The elevators were old and one stopped working for part of our four‑day stay. The bathrooms had vintage fixtures and the only shower was in the small communal area, which was only usable by the older guests and felt unsafe. The price‑quality ratio was disappointing. The staff were polite but the customer service felt a bit distant and the overall experience was far from perfect. The lobby reception was cold and the old furnishings made it feel like a third‑class waiting area.

L’emplacement idéal La literie très bonne Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement Notamment les salles de bain très vieillottes L’une de celles que nous avons occupées présentait des joints sales. Dommage également que le bar ne soit pas très accueillant Un peu plus cosy, nous y aurions certainement bu des verres volontiers
