The spot was right in the middle of town and surprisingly quiet, but when we arrived we had to wait more than an hour for a key that had been misplaced, and the staff offered no apology or compensation.

The place sits in the heart of Verona, and the room was huge and spotless, but we had to call a couple of times before the host sent us the access instructions, and on the last night the codes didn’t work until they fixed it quickly.
