“Unflexibel mit Generatorlärm”

The location was good. Unfortunately we were assigned a room right next to the generator, which buzzed continuously so loudly you couldn’t ignore it. The bathroom was not separated from the very small sleeping area, and there were already water stains and mold near the AC above the window that couldn’t be opened. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work— the code given didn’t work on any of our devices. The towels were about 40 × 20 cm, very thin rags. The staff member spoke only sporadically in English and couldn’t offer us another single room. Despite our clear request, she suggested we move to a dormitory with a shared bathroom (but at least with less generator noise). We declined and asked to check out and get a full refund, which was granted.

“Nice location and staffs”

The location and the living room were really cozy. It’s close to many Japanese restaurants and shopping malls. The woman dorm was too small.

The hostel was centrally located. The room was very cold and I couldn’t control the lights.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and the beds were really nice, the staff was friendly, but on 2 of those nights the lights stayed on and the room had a strange cabbage‑like smell.

“Buena ubicación, cerca del metro, lugares turísticos y tiendas de conveniencia.”

The hotel is in a great spot, the bathrooms and showers are spotless, and the staff is very kind; everything was fine except the floor could use a bit more cleaning because there was a lot of hair.
