The room size was not represented accurately; when we tried to get more details through messages and phone calls, no one answered and it took a long time to receive a response. I booked under the impression that the hotel offered early check‑in, but that turned out not to be the case.

There’s nothing particularly good about it; it’s just ordinary. The room is cramped.

The staff were kind, but everything else was bad.

Nothing good, the hotel was awful and filthy, so we had to book a different place. The room was dirty, the air‑con unit didn’t work, and it didn’t match the online photos. We had to move and book a room elsewhere.
