“Nasty nasty nasty”

It looked okay from the outside, but don’t even get me started from check‑in to check‑out, ten minutes later. The room was nasty, like a cockroach infestation; the staff lady was rude and had zero customer‑service skills. We tried moving us to another room, which was just as nasty, with food on the floor and surfaces not wiped down—no wonder there were cockroaches. Nasty, nasty, nasty.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was an odd smell in the room, but I didn’t report it so not their fault for not addressing the issue

“Had to stay there due to our schedule for traveling route 66. Wouldn't recommend it unless necessary”

Not much. The air conditioning in the room smelled like a cat had peed into it. The room walls were so thin we could hear the next‑door neighbor snoring through the night. Breakfast was strictly continental.

Have stayed here several times. Good location, good value. Always clean, staff is courteous & helpful
