I’m deeply grateful to the hotel management and the entire staff for the high‑level hospitality and service during my stay. The reception team was outstanding, quick to check in and out, and I truly appreciated their warmth. The hotel offers plenty of services: a parking lot, 24‑hour reception and inquiries, cleanliness, free fast Wi‑Fi, and a massage center. Nearby, there are diverse restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, laundromats, and large markets like Benda and Tamimi. The location is excellent and close to everything. My stay was a remarkable experience in every way, reflecting the quality, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, the efficiency of the services, and the professional, guest‑focused attitude. I want to express my appreciation for the meticulous attention to detail that made the stay comfortable and refined. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The location is great, but the hotel management clearly didn’t care about room upkeep: the TV was broken and the shower had no hot water. I expected a thorough check of every detail before my arrival.

The place is great and the price is very good compared to other options. I just wish there were smaller, cheaper alternatives, but that’s fine.
