The staff were exceptionally good and cooperative. The food was nice and everything was well managed. The washroom wasn’t up to the mark; we were staying in the suite and the master bedroom’s washroom wasn’t the best. The roof was dirty and the sewerage pipes were hanging above your head.

The staff were amazing, offering professional customer service and keeping the place spotless. I’ve stayed here more than eight years and still don’t find anything I dislike, but I’ve noticed the same people staying in the same roles for a long time. Sana from the restaurant is wonderful, yet she’s still waiting for a chance to advance professionally, which worries me because the hotel could lose good workers if they find better opportunities elsewhere.
