The location offers a stunning view over the lake in Kandy and a short walk into town; it’s perfect, and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. Everything was liked.

The room is large, with a fantastic view over Kandy, comfy beds, and plenty of amenities. The pool view is incredible and towels are provided. Check‑in and check‑out were easy. Unfortunately, breakfast fell short on both days: the buffet was cold, and the à la carte options were limited to either Western or Sri Lankan dishes with no extra details. The shower was cold the first night, the room wasn’t very clean, and we had to request extra toilet paper.

The hilltop spot was simply amazing, giving killer views of Kandy Lake and a short stroll down to the town centre; just remember to shut your balcony door or the monkeys will pop by.
