The hotel, which should be four‑star, falls short in many ways: the food service is poor, there is only one elevator in the area we were in, the room is bad and you pay for a pool view, and there is not even a chair on the balcony, which is tiny.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy—poo on the wall, mouldy bathroom, a hole in the door, a bed with hair and stains, and dirty towels—plus people seemed indifferent to others, like trying to sleep amid a party, and they played a race with their luggage down the corridor.

I stayed from 18 to 21 September in room 4031; after returning to France I had a rash all over my arms, legs and back, consulted my doctor, and it turned out to be bed bugs; the bedding was inspected urgently—thank you.
