The apartment’s location isn’t too bad, and the room is functional. The check‑in communication was catastrophic. We had requested an earlier arrival at 10 h, which the host had accepted, yet we waited three hours for them to open the door. Moreover, we found the cleaning was not done. The sheets were changed upon arrival, but the floor was dirty. The kitchen’s condition was concerning: trash not emptied, dirty dishes, and stains on the countertop and stove. Bathroom cleanliness was passable, but we were supposed to receive towels, and we never saw them throughout our stay.

Great location. The room was not clean before we arrived; we found sheets with hair and a used towel in the bathroom. After we reported it, the host said someone would come to clean, but that never happened.

“Helpful host and well-equipped facilities”

The host was very friendly and helpful. When a bed issue arose in the evening, the host fixed it quickly the next day. The kitchen was well equipped and useful. The apartment was very quiet and easy to get to central Naples (about a 40‑minute walk). Aside from the bed‑support structure problem—none of us were at fault—this was a great place to stay.

“Don’t reccommend. The room which was meant to be ours was dirty and has someones stuff inside-we didn’t go in wrong room”

The place was a scam: the room that was supposed to be ours was dirty and had someone else’s stuff in it. We didn’t go into the wrong room; the key was in the box the owner told us to look for. Then he claimed we had gone into the wrong room, which we hadn’t. In the message he told us to go to room Vesuvio, so we did—there were only three rooms and the names were over the doors, so it wasn’t complicated. The owner is a shitty man.

“No pudimos quedarnos en el alojamiento”

When we arrived, the building doorman handed us the keys but didn’t tell us which room was ours. We tried to contact the accommodation for about 2 hours until they finally told us which room it was, and when we opened it it was in a terrible state (used sheets on the bed, towels on the floor, dirty bathroom). Eventually Booking moved us to another place. It’s a shame because it didn’t look bad at first glance.
