The location is central, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help, and the tree outside is beautiful. However, the room was overly equipped, there was mold on the shower roof, a dirty wall, and the bathroom was small.

The place is excellently located, just a 5‑minute walk from the tram stop (Muratpasha Mall Mark Antalya) and 5 minutes to the old town. The front desk operates 24/7. My room was clean, tidy, and matched the photos. I stayed for a night before my next flight but would have loved to stay a couple more days. There was a slight damp smell, likely from a rainy week, but the AC handled it quickly. The staff deserve special mention: they’re friendly, always ready to help, offer Turkish tea, and make waiting time enjoyable with conversation. You’ll even find tea and water on the table. There’s no elevator, but luggage is carried for you. Tap water is available. On arrival, there was no water in the bathroom, but that was a local outage fixed by morning; there was enough drinking water to freshen up after the flight. The night light was hard to turn off, requiring a complete power cut to switch it off.

The hotel was well located and the check-in was really smooth even though I arrived in late. The staff were so nice, Metocan was so friendly and helped me plan activities which were well worth it. I would 100% return here if I go back to Antalya

The location and staff were good, but the room’s layout was cramped, especially the toilet, and sometimes the hot water was problematic while showering.

“Horrible experience!”

Only the location is decent. I could list many reasons not to go, but simply “do not go.”
