The lady was very courteous and helpful, but I wasn’t too pleased with the rest. The room was supposed to be handed over at 12, but it wasn’t ready until 14, and we still had to wait more than two hours. The bathroom felt a little dated.

The spot was great, and the lady a few days earlier kindly gave us phone tips about the Jova beach party. We arrived at 12:00, the scheduled check‑in time, but the room wasn’t ready or clean. After several calls and nudges, we were told the previous guests were taking it easy because they were “on vacation” (as if we didn’t count!). The wait stretched on: nothing at 12:30, nothing at 13:00, until the cleaning lady finally appeared around 13:30. She was alone running the place, so even guests in other rooms ended up waiting together with us. Only later did other people—probably the managers—come in to help finish the last rooms. The chaos carried on when we left for the Jova Beach Party: they hadn’t given us the room keys, so we had to hunt them around the building until we found a spare set hidden somewhere. This morning we left a bit late for check‑out, a reasonable flexibility given the time lost at arrival.

The owner and the lady working there were kind, available, and polite—nothing short of wonderful.

“Viaggio a CZ”

The property is close to the clinics, the CZ hospital, the Bioparco, and the municipal pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.
